Good day! I would like to request for even just a reply for this message from Mr. Edwin Matanguihan.1st let me introduce myself, I am one of Mr. Edwin's godchild from my father Orlando C. Alvarez who is a former employee of the DPWH. I'm now 22yrs. old, currently taking Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Quezon City University, I'm now a working student but my work is just my small food business "karinderya. I just wanted to seek help from Mr. Edwin for my ojt, maybe he can help me to be a part of DPWH as an intern and if given a chance to visit and have a picture with him.
