17 April 2023 Dear Ms. Del Rosario: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 17 April 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. In your request, you requested for a laptop. Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot accommodate your request since it is not a valid request for information. However, this Department shall refer your request to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for their information and action deemed appropriate, as the government agency which provides programs on livelihood, social housing, educational assistance, and cash transfers. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman ([email protected]). Your request for review should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
