March 22, 2022 Dear marriel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 21, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request for a height waiver. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but only at the Regional Office level. Since you are Pampanga you may apply for the certificate for height waiver and addressed your concern to Dir. ROLAND CALDE at [email protected], or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. R. Calde at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
