I am writing to request a court order in accordance with the requirements of Paymaya due to a fraudulent incident that occurred on October 18th. I have already reported this scam to Paymaya Philippines, and they have requested that I provide a court order for their investigation team to proceed. Unfortunately, they have informed me that a refund is not possible. I kindly seek the assistance of your office in addressing this pressing issue, as fraudulent activities like this are becoming increasingly problematic in the Philippines.SCAMMER details Goldchelle Onlìne Enterprìses
October 23, 2023 Dear Requesting Party, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a certain court order. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that courts are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly deals with the prosecution of criminal cases. These are two different agencies under different branches of government. Unfortunately, the FOI only covers agencies under the Executive branch and does not include the Judiciary. The FOI is only operational by a mere Executive Order which only covers the Executive branch of government. Thank you FOI Receiving Officer
