Good Day! Can i request for a copy of NSTP Serial Number. I completed my NSTP from Technological University of the Philippines in Taguig City year 2014- 2016. I’m not really sure about the exact date. . And STI Global where i currently enrolled is requesting for it. Hoping for your kind consideration Marie Nella M. Abuan

May 27, 2021 Dear Marie Nella Abuan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 25, 2021 05:44:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for a copy of NSTP Serial number. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
