Good day! I would like to request a copy of the barangay blotter made by the VAWC officer of Barangay Sto. Cristo, Quezon City. I had, several times since March 28, 2021, tried to request from the said barangay office and had even made a formal letter signed by my counsel but to no avail. I even tried to talk to Barangay Chairman Rey Mark John C. Navarro today April 21, 2021 but he just ignored me and did not even talk to me when I went to his office. The VAWC officer also told me that she cannot give me a copy of the blotter as per Kap Navarro's instruction. Thank you and God bless.
