Hi BIR, Good day. I was advised by one of your support that 2016 ITR cannot be processed anymore as the agency has retention period. Thank you for accommodating my previous request. Hence, can I request only the 2019 ITR instead? It also has one employer on that period. Thank you so much. Regards, Jezzrel Gonzales Uligan
