I am requesting for Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction needed for my requirements

College
College last attended: Saint Micheal’s College

The school has been closed. I've talked to one of the staff who's handling our data before but that person is unreachable always. I badly need this records.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be advised that the Commission does not issue such certification. We suggest coordinating with your college to release the said document. You may also reach out to your CHED Regional Office (https://ched.gov.ph/regional-offices/) for assistance to contact your institution. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
