Good day, i would like to know the process of filing a deportation case against a foreign nationa who is currently possessing a SRRV visa. Can undesirability be a ground for his deportation?
March 11, 2021 Dear Andre, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 10, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request deportation of an SRRV visa holder. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the BI official website www.immigration.gov.ph or click the link http://www.immigration.gov.ph/images/MemorandumCircular/2016_May/MC_SBM-2015-010.pdf. The latter provides for the consolidated rules for deportation proceedings under Memorandum Circular No. SBM-2015-010 beginning November 9, 2015, after it was published in two newspapers of general circulation on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Moreover, you may send your notarized complaint to the Bureau's official email [email protected] and [email protected] stating the details of the foreign national/s and your contact information. The Bureau shall coordinate with you on the matters concern for purposes of investigation. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H.
