April 3, 2021 Dear Marilou Castor, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 31, 2021 04:22:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request copy of Termination - Desktop Bags. It is with deep regret that we could not grant your request as it falls on one of the exemptions provided in the FOI. "Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory, or quasi-judicial powers;" is considered as part of information restricted for access of the general public.
