As to your request for copies of the Financial Statement and Semi Annual Report you submitted before this Office, the same is granted and attached herewith are the following : 1. Copy of Annual/Income Tax Return for the year 2021 and 2. Contractors/Subcontractors Semi Annual Reprot for January to June Semester of 2022 I you are not satisfied with the resposne to your FOI request you may request for an interview of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when Your request for review should explain why are dissatisfied with the resposne, the filing of whuch should be made within 15 calendar days from date of receipt of teh response. You will be informed of teh result within 30 calendar days from date of receipt of your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
