Hello, as the complainant Safety Officer 2, I would like to request a copy of the finding/result of Department of Labor and Employment 7, of their Establishment Inspection Report conducted on September 7 & 8, 2020 regarding the reported violation Occupational Health and Safety sometime February 2020 to DOLE 7, addressed to Regional Director Salome O.
