February 9, 2023
Dear Rowyst John Aranda,
I refer to my letter of Feb 08, 2023 09:51:30 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request Certified True Copy of my Highschool Diploma and Form 137.
Please be informed that the Department of Education-Central Office (DepEd-CO) does not keep learners’ school records. The original school records are issued once only, hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Division Office for a certified copy. If you need this for your job application abroad, you need to bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office for authentication (DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2017 dated August 25, 2017).
For further assistance, you may directly coordinate with the Schools Division Office (SDO) which has jurisdiction over the school.
