Greetings! I am a Dost Jlss scholar graduate and I would like to request a copy of the Memorandum DM-PFO-2018-01219 which was sent to Regional Office-X in Cagayan de Oro City. This is to confirm that our names (DOST JLSS Scholars in Region X) were included in the endorsement sent by DOST to DepEd.
