Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have ( Joint Memorandum Circular No. 001-2014) the information you have requested. We tried to provide you the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Bureau of Immigration signed on 10 September 2014 which might help you with your research but unfortunately, the same cannot be found on our records despite earnest efforts to find it.
