Good day!
I would like to request a copy of the General Appropriations Act of 1994 for the purpose of conducting a research project for my undergraduate thesis paper on the institutional history of the Philippine Ceramics center in barangay Putsan, Tiwi, Albay. It appears that the modern PhilCeramics center, spearheaded by now Representative Edcel Lagman, was funded through this act.
