Hi! I've been contacting DOLE NCR about my application follow up reprocessing my DOLE AKAP cash assistance since April 2021. I want to clarify my mobile in Philippines I've been using is 09618409910 (Smart). I've been waiting for SMS confirmation from Palawan express for new reference code since my old transaction given was expired already. DOLE NCR was aware about my application which they told me I'm still on process batch 94 and for endorsing to accounting for releasing for new reference code towards PALAWANPADALA. P20210514-33-19 I haven't got SMS confirmation till now nor email.

Good day! I'm sorry it is unresolve and not successful or fix yet for my issue. I would like to inform you that I was not able to claim the given benefit because the transaction code was expired on April 2021. I didn't get or claim it on March 2021 when it was approved. I coordinated already OWWA DOLE 7, the application approved but transaction code given expired in PALAWAN express padala. They said that it was handled by DOLE NCR. Kindly check carefully the transaction code for releasing if it was claim in padala, it was taken back from the govt. As per your policy if not taken within a week or 10 days. I informed DOLE NCR to reprocess my application that got approved on APRIL 2021. They said it will be needed to have to new transaction code to PALAWAN and be endorse to accounting for releasing. I haven't heard for 3-4 months now. No text or call from DOLE NCR. I'm from Cebu city so it is difficult to coordinate in Manila. My mobile in the Philippines is 09618409910 when I arrived. I am no longer using 0547928418 in Saudi because I went home February reason why I didn't get notified. Please help me get to release my DOLE AKAP. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.
