To whom it may concern: I would like to know the compliance of Clark-based hotels since the pandemic started. I've observed that some of the hotels in clark doesn't impose minimum health and safety protocols which is supposed to be acted upon by a safety officer (which is a DOLE requirement) Hope you can help me clear this one out. September 20, 2021 Dear Emil Tolenada, Greetings! Thank you for your request for information on the Compliance of Clark-based hotels to Minimum Health and Safety Protocol, received by this Office on 29 August 2021 Your request is denied given that upon further evaluation it is not considered as FOI request and is actually a complaint wherein you mentioned that you observed some of the hotels in Clark do not impose minimum health and safety protocols which is supposed to be acted upon by a safety officer. That said, you may opt to supply the names of the hotels in Clark you are referring to so this Office may proceed to verify your complaint and inspect said hotels in Clark vis-a vis their compliance with the Occupations Health and Safety Standards. If you are not satisfied with the response to your FOI request, you may request to an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your request for review should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, the filing of which should be made within 15 calendar days from the date from date of receipt of the response. You will be informed of the result within 30 calendar days from date of receipt of your review request.
