Good Day! Sir/Ma'am, currently, I am conducting my research regarding the health condition of the prisoners in the Philippines. As requirements of my thesis, I need to add information and data about the Report of Mentally ill prisoners. In line with this, I would like to request to your good office any study or statistics regarding the cases of mentally ill prisoners inside of the prison management.
