Greetings,
With the prevalence and popularity of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) operating in Philippine airspace. And unlicensed individuals and un-certified operators recklessly disregarding and blatantly violating the Philippine Civil Aviation Regulation (PCAR).
Are videos and screenshots uploaded to social media website admissible as evidence to prosecute and fine unlicensed RPAS controllers and operators. Especially in areas within the 10km Aerodrome Reference Point (ARP), as per the PCAR?
What is the CAAP's guidelines for concerned individuals to report such incidents.
