Purpose: To know if I'm still responsible for the car damages
Date of Coverage: 03/28/2022 - 04/21/2022
Tracking no: #LTO-588025826305
Good day! Last March 28, 2022, while driving going to Manila, I accidentally bumped V1's car. We immediately went to the police station to have it reported. Our settlement is that my insurance will be used for the repair of damages of V1's car. However, our insurance company discovered that V1's car last registration date is 2018. With this, the claim was denied. Am I still responsible to repair his car given he violated the law and our settlement is to use my insurance? Thank you!
