Hi! I would like to report my old Facebook account was hacked last year 2018, but up until now 2023, the said hacker still uses the account posting and pretending to be me. I would like to have this account be recovered or be down/ deleted so it won't be use anymore by the hacker. If possible, to take legal action against the hacker.

What is best way to do for this kind of situation? Where could I file any complaint against the hacker of Facebook account so it would be deleted and won't be used anymore.
