hi gusto ko lang po humingi ng advice para makapagfile ng kung ano man ang nararapat na kaso , saan at kung paano mag umpisa ng pagrereklamo. 1. Delay na sahod at walang valid information sa mga trabahador . 2. Pagtanggap ng agency sa trabahador kahit walang MEDICAL , at pagtatrabahunin sa mabigat na pasilidad o gawain. 3. Lagpas 60 hours na OT per cut off. 4. Pagsasalita ng hindi maganda at wala sa lugar , pagpapahiya at panglalait ng coordinator sa empleyado. Strategic Alternative Corporation AGENCY name
