I'd like to report a fraud. I sought the service of a small business who makes sofas. The seller originally asked for a down payment, but said they had an emergency and needed some funds so I paid in full. Initially, the seller said the sofa will take 2 weeks to be constructed, but it's been almost 3 months. The seller is very unresponsive, and has no intended plans to deliver the item I paid for.
