Hi i would like to report an online seller in instagram named bag_authentic.ph. I ordered a bag and they said to transfer payment thru gcash account number 09296947704 under account name Mary Jare Denampax. After sendning the full amount and ff up on when is the delivery date the seller asked me to send another ₱5,000 as “deposit” which is absurd because i already paid for the full amount. After questioning this they stopped replying to my messages.i already filed a complaint to gcash and inwas told to file a police report.
