Sometime in year 2016, pending the implementation of the CPCS and IOS-G framework, MIAA hired the services of consultant, Towers Watson Inc., to conduct the current state assessment and Job Leveling for all positions in MIAA. In this connection, a copy is hereby requested of the report insofar as my position of Legal Researcher is concerned. Consent is hereby given by the undersigned to the foregoing as the same shall be used to study its legal implications (e.g. NOSA and others) relative to the implementation of the CPCS Authorization/guidelines.
