Dear Ma'am/Sir: Good day! I am Jamilou Joymie N. Ramirez, a graduating student who is in need of detailed reports and statistical data on the congestion rate of the jails in CALABARZON. The requested information will be utilized for analyzing the patterns of population among PDLs as well as laying the fundamental criteria for site selection. All data that will be given and enclosed will only be used for the completion of my undergraduate architectural thesis, thus, I am optimistic to come to your good agency for assistance.
