Hey, my name is Eleanor Lyle Blanco, a resident of Cebu City and I rented Room 12 of the Ma. Christina Garcia Apartment last January for electricity purposes without any contract whatsoever for 6,000 for 1 month and paid an additional 3,000 the next day as 1-month advanced deposit Partial Payment to a certain landlord named Retessa a.k.a. Tessa Salundagan. However, after being a tenant for 2 weeks I decided to move out due to poor water drainage and tried to get my money back however no refund was made. It's obviously a rental scam and I would like to get my refund for the deposit. Thanks! :)
