Please be correctly informed the OFW's employment contract is with the Philippines Overseas Employment Authority (POEA) or if processed in Hongkong it is under the POLO Labor Attache. Direct your concern to the POLO at the Philippine Consular Office, Admiralty Bldg., Queensway. We would like to inform you that what we have in our data base is your OWWA Membership renewal which is valid up to May 18, 2024. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
