Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office recommends that you coordinate directly with regional office of the DENR which has jurisdiction over the CSC area where the renewal is being applied for. You may also resubmit the request directly through eFOI of the region concerned.

Your right to request a review
