Hi! We in the Philippine Native Plants Conservation Society, Inc are concerned about the removal of the 1,858 trees in NCR and the unidentified number of trees in Bulacan for the construction of the MRT 7. We would like to know what/how many trees are being earthballed and where these will be transferred and what/how many trees are being cut down. For the latter, what will be done with the wood from the trees, and what/how many/where will the replacement trees be planted. What is the plan to ensure survival of the transplanted trees and of the replacement trees.
