Sir/Ma'am,
May I be allowed to correct the intended purpose of my request? I overlooked the same and intended to put "research" only instead of "academic research" as I have already graduated from school. The information sought to be obtained will be used in justifying a possible claim should entitlement to leave credits be in the affirmative.
My apologies and many thanks.
