Hi, This is in relation to the DENR CODE No. PCC-NCC-12-09-2020-295. After filing for a Verified Petition, the Resolution has been denied inspite of 272-page Investigation Report submitted by the CENRO thru PENRO to the Office of the Regional Executive Director, stated that "Based on the documents submitted, patents have already been issued and registered in favor of the RESIDENTS in the area prior to the registration of the patents of the Heirs of Lahibon...."
