Hi! Good day, I would like to request the latest Regional State of Brown Environment Report from EMB Region 2, preferably the year 2020 or the most recent report. This is to gather secondary data for the preparation of EIA as a requirement for the ECC application of a proposed TSD facility in Cauayan City, Isabela.
