Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I appreciate your prompt reply.
We, here in the Bicol Region, are following rules regarding on rating students participating in academic contests and conferences. According to the rule, those who have participated in such activities shall have an incentive through retention of their grades from the last quarter, if not increased. However, this rule had been always been subject to debate in our school.
In this regard, my request for such information is for us to acquaint ourselves with the guidelines set by our Region (Region V DepEd) and for us to comply with it.
Here are the itemized requests, that are in support to my initial request:
1. Regional Memorandum No. 121, s. 2002
2. Regional Memorandum No. 21, s. 2010
3. Regional Memorandum No. 66, s. 2011
Thank you and I look forward to your positive response.
Very truly yours,
John Antonmel D. Borcelis
