Good day po..follow up ko lang po sana yung application po namin sa AKAP para po sa OFW financial assistance po.. bakit po kaya na denied eh lahat naman po ng documents na hiningi ay ipinasa po namin online..at hindi pa naman po tapos ung contract ko nung pinababa po kami ng barko at pinauwi..mag iisang taon na po akong di pa nakakasampa ng barko dahil sa pandemya, umaasa po ako na matutulungan po ako ng gobyerno pambili po sana ng gamot ng asawa ko at tuition ng apo ko. March 3, 2021 Dear Mr. Roberto Lambayong, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 28, 2021 08:43:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 2, 2021 for DOLE-AKAP and was evaluated by OWWA-4A as DISAPPROVED for NO SUBMISSION of valid documents as required in the eligibility qualification of the of the DOLE-AKAP. Moreover, your last deployment record was on Nov 3, 2017 with FLEET MARITIME SERVICES INTERNATIONAL LTD. and therefore you have no valid employment contract during the onset of COVID-19 in February 2020.
