Good Evening! I'd like to request assistance regarding my oustanding refund request from Airasia since November 2022. I booked a flight and hotel accomodation through their application and after I processed the payment via debit card, I received an email from Airasia which stated that my booking was unsuccessful and they will refund my money after 14 working days but it has been 4 months already. Airasia has never responded to any of my inquiries. My reference number from Airasia is 116743734. Please let me know if you need anything from me. I hope you can assist me as I need the money.
