Hello Sir/Madam: I would like to ask the Liquidation Status of My Philippine Prudential Life Insurance refund as a plan holder of the said Life insurance company I am Nerico L. Flores residence of Meneses compound GS I visited their office at burgundy tower in Ortigas last february 2018 as soon as I got notified.And the personnel told me that I must await their next advice or information regarding my claim, however until now there is no such response from them. I even emailed them last year, 2021 for a follow up but I received no response. Please assist me on this matter. Thank you in advance.
