Hi. I've been trying to get our refund as we weren't successful in having an internet connection installed in our place. But the refund process makes us lose our minds. We were issued a refund to be claimed at LBC but the spelling of my name is wrong, hence we cannot get the said refund. We called and messaged converge countless times but their customer service failed us countless times. We were instructed several times to go to LBC to claim the refund and was advised that the issue on my name was fixed. But alas, their customer service reps just lies through their teeth.
