National Bureau of Investigation(NBI)

Hi, when I paid my NBI clearance for 155 pesos using Ebank (MAYA), and I proceed clicking door to door delivery it say's error and it can't proceed. I check it by texting if the payment goes through but it says reference number does not exist/invalid. Can I do a refund for my payment? The account number recorded in MAYA is MP0S7UGD7S, and the reference id is 220603786145.

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
