Hi I would like to refund my payment for the NBI Clearance. I don't know that there is another link for the first time job seeker. So, I applied and make an appointment in which I paid via GCash. However, I will be applying again, but this time, I will avail the free of charge (First Time Job Seekers Assistance Act - Republic Act No. 11261) to get my NBI Clearance. It means a lot to me to save the money I have paid; for my other expenses like food and jeepney fare while preparing the requirements in finding a decent job. I hope you understand! Thank you.
