Hi! I’d like to ask for a refund for the payment I made for my mother’s NBI clearance application. I made her a new account because i erroneously put the wrong maiden name in her old application form. The problem is I only discovered about it after paying the fee worth ₱130. Kindly refund it back to my gcash no. 09175217496.

Reference no. of the NBI application is MP0ACEGCO4

It was paid today August 2, 2022.

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
