Dear Ma’m/Sir,

I would like to verify if my employer already reported their notification to DOLE Office for establishment termination report? Can the employer execute my termination without notifying your good office? What if employer failed to report? See below information for reference.

Employer name: BSFIL Technologies, Inc.
Address: Main office- Muntinlupa, Alabang.  
Industry: Food Manufacturing 
Years of service: 5years
Employee name: Rose Anne V. Banaag
I am not allowed to report to the office starting 8/1/2021 as regulatory & doc controlled.

This refers to your request for verification of establishment termination notification report   of your company BFSFIL Technologies Inc., located at Alabang, Muntinlupa.

It is with deep regret that we could not grant your request as it falls on one of the exemptions provided in the FOI. "Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory, or quasi-judicial powers;" is considered as part of information restricted for access of the general public. Only to those who are party to the case to whom the information may be provided.
