Hello, good afternoon. I am Rosette Maureen Clemeno , an architecture graduating student from Technological Institute of the Philippines - Manila. I found interest in your proposed renovation project for NEDA in Makati City. 

For me to be able to come out on an accurate design, may I kindly request your department the following.

1. A copy of the title transfer certificate or a lot plan will do. A clear scanned copy will suffice. 

2.May I also inquire if the draft schematic design can be provided for academic purposes only, if any. Are there approved schematic plans already?
