As for research purposes, I would also like to request on your good sector to provide information about the following: • Feasibility Study; • Existing site development plan; • Existing floor plan; • Number of retail establishment; • Number of bus companies; • Flight destinations; • Organizational Chart; • Number of Personnel. June 16, 2022 Dear Dawn Carrillo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2022 12:30:23 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Redevelopment of Laguindingan Airport. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested to your provided email address. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as other information such as the (i) number of retail establishments, (ii) number of bus companies, (iii) flight destinations, (iv) organizational chart, and (v) number of personnel, we suggest that you direct your request to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) considering that the latter is the end-user of the project and the operator of the Laguindingan Airport.. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
