Hello there, I have Red Ribboned documents from 2016. I am currently in the process of applying for a South Korean work visa and I would like to know if these documents can be Apostilled. If yes, what is the procedure to continue on with this process? I have asked the same question via email to the one I found on the DFA website, however, I still have not received a response. Maraming salamat po.
