Hi! I'm currently working on my architectural thesis as an architecture student at DLSU-D that scope recreational camp facilities in the Philippines. I would like to request for information regarding:
1. The number of registered licensed recreational camp facilities
2. Guidelines or regulations in creating/operating a recreational camp
3. How and where to register a recreational camp.

This will be used for my Architectural thesis entitled "Expanding Universal Design: An Inclusive Recreational Camp for Persons with Visual Impairment" at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas
This thesis is an architectural development on how to develop a recreational camp that will adapt to the special needs of people with visual impairment. Data and information regarding recreational camps in the Philippines will be a significant part of this study.

Your FOI request is approved.
You may find the guidelines, forms, and how and where you can apply for DOT accreditation through this link: https://beta.tourism.gov.ph/accreditations/#benefits
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. To date, there is no one standard for recreational camp facilities, only tourism recreational centers under Secondary Tourism Enterprises. As such, the number of DOT-accredited tourism recreational centers cover recreational camp facilities.

Your right to request a review
