You may find the guidelines, forms, and how and where you can apply for DOT accreditation through this link: https://beta.tourism.gov.ph/accreditations/#benefits Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. To date, there is no one standard for recreational camp facilities, only tourism recreational centers under Secondary Tourism Enterprises. As such, the number of DOT-accredited tourism recreational centers cover recreational camp facilities.
