Purpose: To recover my brother's remaining Debit Card balance
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2022 - 12/31/2022

Good day! My question lies with Landbank buying UCPB. You see, my brother lost his UCPB Debit Card so he had it locked. But when he tried to go to UCPB office to replace his Debit Card, it was already closed since LandBank already bought UCPB. Can you advise us on what steps should he take to recover his account? We do look forward in recovering his Debit Card balance. Hope you can help us. Thank you!
