AS to your request for all documents in relation to the application for union registration of RJ Express Workers Organization-Guardians Federation of Workers (RJEWO-GFW) submitted before this Office, the same is denied given that upon further evaluation of your request the information you identified is among the exceptions listed in Annex A and/or the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) and are deemed confidential under Department Order No. 103-10, Series of 2010.
