Hi! I would like to request to get access to my information regarding my PRC ID Renewal. I mistakenly put incorrect Date of Birth and the PRC system reads "Record Mismatched" I emailed the PRC also, and still no feedback from them since February 24, 2022. Thank you.

April 26, 2022 Dear Ruel Rañola, I refer to my letter of Mar 01, 2022 06:43:25 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Record Mismatched. In order for us to work further on your request, Please send at [email protected] a screenshot of your PRC ID, PSA copy of your birth certificate and the email address you registered in your PRC account for verification purposes. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 19, 2022 03:35:32 AM, your request will be closed.
